BI Analyst/ IT Research Business Systems Analyst
About The Position
This role requires a BI Analyst/IT Research Business Systems Analyst with a strong background in HR business partnering or generalist experience. The individual will provide day-to-day HR support to leaders and employees, conduct HR investigations, and work effectively with Unions. The position also involves providing onsite HR support at Alta Bates Summit Medical Center and ensuring the continuity of HR services while responding to operational HR needs. A key aspect of the role is partnering with leaders on workforce and employee-related matters within the HR business partner scope.
Requirements
- 5+ years of HR business partner or comparable HR generalist experience
- Experience with providing day-to-day HR support to organizational leaders and employees
- Must have experience with HR investigations
- Must have experience working with Unions
- Ability to provide onsite HR support at Alta Bates Summit Medical Center
- Ability to work effectively as a full-time, exempt individual contributor
