About The Position

Loyalty MGA is seeking experienced bilingual auto insurance adjusters to work onsite in Miami, Florida. The position may involve claims in Bodily Injury, Personal Injury Protection, Property Damage, Payment Adjustment, Appraisal, or Special Investigation Units. Adjusters investigate and assess claims, determine coverage and exposure, and resolve claims efficiently and fairly while providing customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months of claims handling or intake experience.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Hold a valid all-lines 6-20 license.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide timely, effective resolutions to customer issues.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Professional, energetic approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to articulate solutions clearly and concisely.

Nice To Haves

• An active insurance adjuster's license is preferred.
• A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and assess auto insurance claims in areas including Bodily Injury, Personal Injury Protection, Property Damage, Payment Adjustment, Appraisal, and Special Investigation Units.
• Determine coverage, valuation, and exposure for claims.
• Resolve claims efficiently and fairly.
• Collect and analyze statements from involved parties.
• Maintain accurate claim reserves.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Negotiate settlements with claimants or their representatives to reach fair and equitable agreements.
• Adhere to ethical standards and guidelines when handling claims and interacting with stakeholders.
