The Risk Manager (RM) provides intensive, after-hours, and weekend support to youth and families to help prevent placement disruptions and promote family stability. Developed in response to the Federal Family First Prevention Services Act, the Risk Management program focuses on keeping youth safely connected to their families through coordinated systems of care across Southeast and Central Ohio. This is an ISBH internal designation. Every referral ISBH receives is processed and evaluated using our Health and Wellness screening tool. This screening tool provides ISBH with detailed information about the client's needs, and based on their score, ISBH can map out an appropriate amount of service delivery, along with connections to RM if needed. The compensation for this designation is $5,000 in addition to your annual salary. You will also receive $30 per hour for every hour billed under Risk Management.
