Required trainings must be completed on time, and center-issued equipment must be kept in good repair. The coordinator must follow applicable Health and Human Services Commission and Texas Administrative Code requirements, contracts, SAMHSA and other grant requirements, and LifePath Systems policies and procedures. Other duties may be assigned as needed. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with reasonable flexibility to meet community and client needs, including occasional morning or evening hours to accommodate families. Performance targets include completing required CCBHC-IA caseload activities and documentation; connecting clients to care within specified timeframes; meeting productivity and caseload engagement targets; assessing need for client support funds; and completing required training. Employees who receive a bilingual stipend must be available to translate for other staff as needed and use approved language in service provision as needed.
