The Beverage Supervisor is responsible for providing guidance and daily supervision to staff in the department, supporting and administering operational goals, and monitoring achievements of performance and profit objectives. This role adheres to scheduling, coordinates with the manager on scheduling concerns, and ensures guest satisfaction. The supervisor maintains the product menu, assists in recording product inventories, and upholds established quality assurance procedures to ensure acceptable health department and customer service standards. They are responsible for supporting compliance with departmental budgets and enthusiastically promoting superior customer service. The supervisor ensures customer service standards are followed by all team members and addresses issues as they arise, while also assisting the Manager with administrative duties as needed. Additionally, the role ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements within the area of responsibility and reports potential issues to management, maintaining strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.
