About The Position

Ruiz McDonald’s is seeking skilled and friendly baristas to join their team. In this role, you will greet customers, take orders, and prepare hot and cold beverages while maintaining a clean workspace. You will operate multiple types of beverage equipment such as espresso machines, smoothie machines, and automatic beverage systems. Strong multitasking ability and detail-oriented skills are critical to this role. You will be hired and trained as a McDonald’s crew member, but will be focused on their new beverage rollout and McCafe menu. You will work directly with customers to explain the menu items and ingredients, along with helping your coworkers with the execution of their beverage program.

Help maintain a welcoming, friendly, and clean restaurant
