About The Position

This role involves providing prompt and courteous service to guests, serving food and beverages from the snack shop or beverage cart, and managing sales transactions. Responsibilities include preparing food on a grill, maintaining cleanliness of the work areas, restocking inventory, and ensuring the beverage cart is operational.

Requirements

• Must be able to check ID's to verify legal drinking age.
• Must be able to prepare food items on a barbeque grill.
• Must be able to maintain an accurate inventory.
• Must be responsible for all sales and money transactions.
• Must be able to maintain a clean and orderly condition of the grill area and snack shop.
• Must be able to restock food items and beverages.
• Must be able to maintain and fill all condiments.
• Must be able to check gas level in beverage cart.
• Must be able to ensure the beverage cart is operating properly.
• Must be able to report performance issues with the cart to supervisor.
• Must be able to clean and stock beverage cart at the end of each shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous service towards the guests.
• Serve food and beverages from either the snack shop or the beverage cart on the course.
• Check ID’s to verify legal drinking age.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of food and beverage items throughout the day.
• Responsible for all sales and money transactions made.
• Prepare food items (burgers, brats, hotdogs, etc.) on a barbeque grill.
• Maintain grill area and snack shop in a clean and orderly condition; wipe tables, wash dishes, sweep and mop floors.
• Restock food items and beverages in the snack shop daily.
• Maintain and fill all condiments (ketchup, mustard, onions, napkins, etc.) in the snack shop or the beverage cart as needed.
• Check gas level in beverage cart before touring the course.
• Ensure that the beverage cart is operating properly.
• Report and performance issues with the cart to your supervisor.
• Clean and stock beverage cart at the end of each shift.
