About The Position

In this role, you will prepare high-quality beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, smoothies, desserts, and other specialty items—while providing fast, friendly service. Requirements

• Barista or beverage preparation and/or training experience preferred
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Experience with espresso machines or specialty beverages
• Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy shifts
• Positive attitude and team-focused mindset

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages to company standards
• Operate and maintain coffee, smoothie, and beverage equipment
• Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all drinks
• Keep beverage stations clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed
• Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
