Requirements
- Maintaining interpersonal working relationships among all personnel.
- Oral and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and handle high-pressure situations.
- Ability to obtain a valid gaming license.
Nice To Haves
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Six months work experience in cocktail serving.
Responsibilities
- Taking orders from patrons and returning these orders in a timely manner.
- Keeping the work area in a clean and orderly manner.
- Performing responsible alcohol service with regards to patron limitations and passing all responsible alcohol service training.
- Using all bar equipment, cash registers, and Berg Beverage System.
- Ensuring the safety and security of employees and guests.
- Ability to lift 1-50 pounds.
- Other duties as assigned.
