About The Position
Provide prompt, courteous beverage service to casino guests. Take drink orders, communicate with bartenders, and serve beverages efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized workstation. Monitor guest alcohol consumption and follow responsible service guidelines. Handle cash transactions accurately and follow proper procedures. Assist with drink preparation and maintain knowledge of cocktails and brands. Promote casino events, programs, and player rewards programs. Deliver personalized guest service and resolve issues using service recovery standards. Work collaboratively with team members across beverage and casino operations.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods (up to 2 miles per shift)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds continuously
- Capable of bending, stooping, and twisting while serving
- Comfortable working in loud, crowded, and smoke-filled environments
- Ability to work long shifts in high-energy casino settings
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

- 1–6 months of related experience preferred
