About The Position
The job involves taking and serving guest beverage orders in a timely manner in a fast-paced high-volume environment. Providing remarkable service by recognizing and anticipating guest’s needs. Working as one team under stressful conditions during high volume business levels. Carrying a drink tray throughout your shift. Maintaining a clean floor section and ensuring areas are free of glassware. Working safely, and in compliance with OH&S policies and legislation. Thorough knowledge of all activities and promotions occurring at our casino properties. Flexibility to support a 24/7 operation.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 - 12 months experience in Food & Beverage
- Smart Serve Certificate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- A positive attitude and good work ethic
- Can walk or stand for an 8-hour shift
- Enjoys interacting with people
