Delaware North Gaming is hiring energetic full-time or part-time Beverage Servers to join our team at Finger Lakes Gaming in Farmington, New York. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to obtain a NY Gaming License
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Possess basic knowledge of standard drink recipes and alcohol brand names
- Basic math skills
- Open availability preferred
Responsibilities
- Greet guests, communicate drink specials, answer questions about available beverages, and take beverage orders
- Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, request identification, adhere to all unit and company alcohol service policies and procedures
- Enter drink orders into the point-of-sale system; pick up drink orders and deliver them to guests
- Observe and follow up with guests, ready to provide additional service
- Prepare and deliver the guest checks; accept and process payment or direct guests to the cashier
