About The Position

This role is responsible for developing and maintaining a service culture that ensures the delivery of superior internal and external guest service. The Beverage Server will ensure adherence to all regulatory, departmental, and company policies and procedures, including responsible alcohol service. Key duties include taking and delivering guest orders accurately and promptly, maintaining clean and organized work and guest areas, and ensuring the safety and security of team members and guests. The position also involves daily maintenance of bar equipment and POS systems, knowledge of promotions and events, and performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Knowledge of all promotions and events.
Daily maintenance of all bar equipment and POS systems.
Knowledge of guest limitations related to alcohol service and company / state policy and procedures regarding those limitations.
Ensuring the safety and security of team members and guests.
Keeping work areas and guest’s common areas clean and organized.
Taking orders from guests and returning these orders in a timely manner and correctly according to order given.
Ensuring alcohol is served according to the company alcohol policy.
