Requirements

Maintaining interpersonal working relationships among all personnel.
Oral and written communication skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours and handle high-pressure situations.
Ability to obtain a valid gaming license.

Nice To Haves

A high school diploma or GED equivalent and six months work experience in cocktail serving is preferred.

Responsibilities

Responsible for taking orders from patrons and returning these orders in a timely manner.
Keep area in a clean and orderly manner.
Responsible to perform “responsible alcohol service” with regards to patron limitations and pass any/all responsible alcohol service training.
Be able to use all bar equipment, cash registers and Berg Beverage System.
Ensure the safety and security of employees and guests.
Ability to lift 1-50 pounds
