As a Beverage Scientist, you will apply food science principles to develop and optimize Vale’s matcha beverages, ensuring every product delivers on quality, consistency, and delight. You will apply food science and chemistry principles to develop and optimize matcha beverage formulations, design and execute experiments to improve sensory attributes, stability, and shelf life, and build and maintain analytical methods for quality control of Vale’s products. You will also collaborate with Product Development Specialists and Manufacturing on scaling validated formulas, research and evaluate novel ingredients, processes, and technologies relevant to matcha beverages, and maintain detailed laboratory records and documentation in compliance with internal standards. Finally, you will present findings and recommendations to the Product & Innovation leadership team.
