Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in beer sales or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of the beer industry and market trends
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Selected candidates will be subject to an MVR & criminal background check and a pre-employment physical/drug screen.
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed sales and distribution targets and goals
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers in your assigned territory
- Promote and sell our products to customers
- Conduct product tastings and demonstrations for customers
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies
- Attend industry events and trade shows
- Adhere to all company quality policies and standards
