Requirements
- Minimum 6 months experience in a food and beverage role
- Smart Serve certification
- Strong communication, organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Working knowledge of Birch Street inventory and ordering system
Nice To Haves
- Certified to drive a lift truck (We can train the successful candidate to obtain certification)
Responsibilities
- Receiving and filling orders for liquor, beer and other bar supplies, inventory management and completing beverage ordering
- Ordering and maintaining the LDS & Berg inventory systems
- Receiving and rotating stock, loading beer and other products
- Cleaning and maintaining liquor, pop and beer systems
- Emptying, sorting and loading beer bottles in preparation for refunds
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Working safely and in compliance with OH&S policies and legislation
- Maintaining and organizing a clean and safe work area
- Working as one team under stressful conditions during high volume business levels
- Thorough knowledge of all activities and promotions occurring at our casino properties
- Flexibility to support a 24/7 operation
