About The Position

The Beverage Manager shapes the quality and consistency of Nemacolin’s wine and cocktail experiences while developing a team that delivers confident, knowledgeable service. You will support beverage outlets through thoughtful product management, associate development, service readiness, and hands-on operational leadership. Your judgment, organization, and beverage expertise help create memorable guest experiences while supporting revenue growth and efficient department performance.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2–3 years of Beverage or Restaurant Management experience
  • 3+ years of bartending experience
  • Ability to successfully complete required skill testing with near-perfect scores
  • Knowledge of financial systems and proficiency with spreadsheet software
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Basic mathematical ability
  • Ability to effectively use required office equipment and applications
  • Ability to review and comprehend necessary documentation

Responsibilities

  • Elevated wine and cocktail experiences through knowledgeable service, weekly wine tastings, and hands-on support of beverage outlets
  • A confident, capable beverage team by interviewing, training, mentoring, scheduling, and retaining cocktail servers, bartenders, sommeliers, and other associates
  • Reliable product availability and service readiness through monthly inventory, par levels, ordering guides, and timely procurement of supplies and beverage items
  • Strong financial and revenue performance by supporting revenue growth, managing purchases within established guidelines, reviewing financial information, and maintaining appropriate inventory controls
  • Consistent day-to-day beverage operations through weekly scheduling, operational support, associate coordination, and follow-through on department priorities
  • Clear and organized business communication through accurate monthly reports, presentations, correspondence, meetings, and required documentation
  • A professional and engaging learning environment where the beverage team continues to strengthen product knowledge, service capabilities, and guest relationships
