The Beverage Manager is a guest-focused hospitality leader responsible for beverage experiences across assigned venues and the gaming floor. The role combines visible floor leadership, team development, beverage programming, financial and operational oversight, technology adoption, and compliance to support guest satisfaction and team engagement. The manager leads beverage service across bars, lounges, gaming-floor service, and other assigned operations, ensuring quality, presentation, speed, cleanliness, and consistent execution. The role develops team members and emerging leaders, supports beverage menus and revenue-generating programs, oversees labor planning and beverage cost controls, and uses operating and guest feedback data to improve performance. The manager also supports Beverage on Demand and related systems, maintains compliance with applicable gaming, alcohol-service, safety, and sanitation requirements, and oversees staffing, scheduling, training, evaluations, and supervision of assigned personnel. The position is performed partly in a professional office setting and mostly on or passing through the casino floor, where casino-related conditions may include secondhand smoke and excessive noise. The role frequently involves standing, walking, handling objects, reaching, communicating, and tasting or smelling; employees must frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds. Candidates must obtain gaming licensure by successfully completing a background check before beginning employment. Hiring preference is given first to qualified members of the Seminole Tribe and second to qualified members of other federally recognized Native American Tribes.
