About The Position
The Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing all beverage operations across the casino floor, bars, lounges, and related venues. This role ensures exceptional guest service, strong financial performance, regulatory compliance, and effective leadership of beverage staff. The ideal candidate brings a balance of operational discipline, creativity, and a passion for hospitality in a fast-paced casino environment.
Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED required.
- Two years of supervisory experience required.
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, random drug and controlled substance abuse tests, background investigation.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain gaming license in Arizona and California.
Nice To Haves
- Associate's degree in hospitality, or related field preferred.
- A minimum of five years bar experience preferred or a combination of education and experience.
- Casino experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manages and oversees the Beverage function, bars and lounges.
- Ensures customer service standards are maintained.
