About The Position

Core Responsibilities: Leadership: Recruit, train, schedule, supervise, and evaluate staff; conduct training and performance management. Operations: Manage inventory, stocking, par levels, product rotation, purchasing, and vendor relations across all outlets. Financial: Develop budgets, control costs, analyze sales, and drive revenue through menus and promotions. Sanitation & Safety: Enforce health/safety protocols, cleaning schedules, and responsible alcohol service compliance. Guest Service: Uphold service standards, handle feedback, and enhance guest experience. Qualifications/Requirements: 3-5 years progressive beverage experience in high-volume hospitality/casino, including 2+ years supervisory/management. Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and mixology. Responsible alcohol service certification. Must be able to obtain NY State Gaming License. Bachelor's in Hospitality/Business preferred. Excellent leadership, communication, and mathematical skills. Work Conditions: Flexible schedule (weekends, holidays, varying shifts). Fast-paced environment with variable temperatures/noise; medium-heavy physical demands (lifting up to 80 lbs.). Professional appearance and service-oriented demeanor required.

Requirements
