Our Boston opening represents an exciting step forward, and we are looking for a Beverage Manager to lead and shape a best-in-class wine and bar programme. This is a key leadership role with direct impact on revenue, brand positioning, and guest engagement. We are looking for someone who combines strong commercial awareness with a genuine passion for product and service excellence.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior beverage role within a high-volume, premium restaurant
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of delivering results
• Deep knowledge of wine, spirits, and bar operations
• Natural leadership presence with the ability to inspire and develop teams
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and operationally driven
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve the wine and beverage programme to drive revenue and brand positioning
• Oversee bar operations, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and cost control
• Own beverage P&L, analysing performance and identifying growth opportunities
• Recruit, develop, and lead high-performing teams
• Drive exceptional guest experience and upselling on the floor
• Ensure compliance, operational standards, and effective stock management
• Support marketing initiatives to increase beverage engagement and spend
