About The Position

The Beverage Manager will oversee strategic and daily beverage operations across multiple venues. This role involves curating a premier wine program, leading a service-driven team, and ensuring exceptional member hospitality. The manager will direct daily operations for restaurants, lounges, and banquets, build and maintain a profitable wine portfolio, manage beverage costs and inventory, develop and train staff, and support member events such as wine dinners and tastings.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive hospitality/beverage leadership.
• Expert knowledge of spirits, beer, cocktails, and wine cellar management.
• Strong organizational skills handling inventory controls, purchasing, and POS systems.
• Ability to stand/walk for long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations for restaurants, lounges, and banquets.
• Build and maintain an on-brand, profitable wine portfolio.
• Manage beverage COGS, inventory accuracy, and margin targets.
• Train, coach, and schedule a high-performing bartending and service staff.
• Support and execute member wine dinners, tastings, and special events.

Benefits

• Base Salary: $50,000–$60,000 annually (based on experience).
• Performance Incentive: Earn up to an additional 50% of your base salary through our annual Wine Program incentive.
• Bonuses are based on program growth, revenue goals, cost management, and operational excellence.
