Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and shift priorities throughout the day
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced office environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Willingness to learn company systems, beverage products, and service processes

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred experience supporting customers or operations in beer dispensing systems, soda fountain systems, beverage gas / CO2 systems, frozen beverage or slush equipment, and beverage syrup or related product deliveries
  • Former dispatching, scheduling, service coordination, or route coordination experience
  • Former billing, invoicing, or order-processing experience

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer calls related to beverage product orders, service requests, and general support
  • Receive, enter, and coordinate service calls and delivery requests for the Beverage Division
  • Create, schedule, and assign service and delivery jobs, and communicate updates or changes to technicians
  • Monitor department voicemail and email inboxes for incoming orders, service needs, and customer communication
  • Complete job processing and invoicing in a timely and accurate manner
  • Process jobs involving collected payments and submit required information to the accounting team
  • Assist with customer account follow-up and collections as needed
  • Send monthly recurring or automatic billing invoices
  • Maintain accurate job records, including relevant notes, times, parts, and supporting details
  • Work closely with the Beverage Manager, service technicians, drivers, accounting, and customers to support daily operations
  • Provide general administrative support to the Beverage Division as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned
