Requirements

Ability to work in rotating shifts (including nights and weekends)
Exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced operational environment.
Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English

Nice To Haves

Experience in logistics dispatching or warehouse shipping operations is preferred.
Basic understanding of safety regulations, specifically for battery or hazardous material (HazMat) handling, is preferred.

Responsibilities

Outbound Trucking Management: Monitor and control outbound trucking operations at the Matteson warehouse to ensure seamless 24/7 workflow.
Driver Verification & Check-in: Verify driver credentials and documentation upon arrival; coordinate closely with the FNS Transportation Team (24/7) for real-time verification.
Driver Coordination: Proactively communicate with truck drivers to manage arrival schedules and locate specific drivers on-site as required.
Operational Reporting: Maintain constant communication with the Control Team (Local and NJ) regarding outbound status; prepare and submit comprehensive daily outbound reports upon completion of all loading activities.
On-site Liaison: Act as a primary point of contact for warehouse personnel regarding outbound truck schedules and driver information.
Customer Service: Respond to direct inquiries and requests from customers concerning real-time transportation and delivery status.
