About The Position
Immediate responsiveness to customer orders via telephone, e-mail, & external websites. Maintain accurate, defined, and timely communication with customers, vendors, terminals, logistics team, & Supervisors Rate, schedule, and secure hauls based on customer contracts Seek savings efficiencies to achieve goals Develop and maintain understanding of all customer requirements, expectations, and processes
Requirements
- Completion of High School
- Ability to use Microsoft Office programs MS Word, Excel, Outlook
- Must posses outstanding customer service skills
- Must be able to work in a team setting
- Must be able to work independently, adhering to Logistics protocols
- Willing to learn DOT rules and regulations
