MML Hospitality is seeking a dynamic and visionary Beverage Director to lead and oversee beverage programs across our portfolio of restaurants and hospitality concepts. This senior leadership role is responsible for shaping best-in-class guest experiences through innovative and thoughtful beverage offerings, while driving financial performance, operational excellence, and team development.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in beverage leadership within a high-volume, upscale restaurant or hospitality group
Proven experience managing multi-unit or multi-concept beverage programs preferred
Deep knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktails, beer, and emerging beverage trends
Strong leadership and team development skills with a passion for mentorship and education
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Strong financial acumen, including cost control, budgeting, and forecasting
Ability to balance creativity with operational execution
Ability to travel between locations as needed
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Must be able to stand, walk, and be on your feet for extended periods
Must occasionally lift/move up to 25 lbs
Ability to adjust focus and work in varying noise levels
Must undergo a comprehensive background check if an offer is extended

Responsibilities

Develop, lead, and evolve beverage programs across multiple concepts, including wine, spirits, cocktails, beer, and non-alcoholic offerings
Ensure all beverage menus align with each concept’s identity, culinary direction, and guest experience goals
Drive innovation while maintaining consistency, quality, and operational feasibility
Partner with General Managers and culinary teams to deliver cohesive and memorable dining experiences
Lead, mentor, and inspire bar and service teams across locations, fostering a culture of excellence and hospitality
Design and implement comprehensive training and education programs for beverage knowledge and service standards
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, producers, and industry partners
Oversee beverage purchasing, inventory, pricing strategies, and cost controls to meet financial targets
Analyze performance metrics and drive revenue growth through strategic programming and initiatives
Support openings, menu rollouts, and special events across the portfolio
Ensure all beverage operations comply with company standards and local, state, and federal regulations
