About The Position
We’re partnering with a premier luxury brand in Napa Valley seeking a Director of Hospitality to lead a high-touch, service-driven guest experience. This role is best suited for a leader coming from a luxury hotel, resort, or fine dining background who thrives in a polished, fast-paced environment. You’ll oversee all front-of-house operations, lead and develop a strong hospitality team, and drive both service excellence and business performance. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on delivering elevated guest experiences while managing key metrics such as revenue, conversion, and overall operational success.
Requirements
- 5+ years of leadership in luxury hospitality
- Strong team development and service standards experience
- Proven success driving performance and guest satisfaction
- Ability to manage operations, KPIs, and cross-functional collaboration
