About The Position

Ansley Golf Club is seeking a Beverage Cart Attendant. If you are driven, willing to learn, dedicated to service and desire to make a difference, please join us in our quest to change club management. The Beverage Cart Attendant enhances the golfing experience for the guest. This position reports to the club’s Food and Beverage Manager. The Beverage Cart Attendant’s overarching responsibility is to maximize the food and beverage & golf experience for our members and guest. Outstanding customer service is top priority over all.

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of bartending experience required.
The ability to provide exemplary member and customer service.
The ability to sell (and up-sell) food and beverage to guests by being cordial, helpful, and sincere.
Must have a thorough working knowledge of the club’s food and beverage operation.
The endurance and commitment to work the long hours and weekend work that the club business requires.

Nice To Haves

Previous private club experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Ensures the beverage cart’s presentation and appearance is always clean, pleasing to the eye, and impeccable in its presentation.
Mixes, prepares and serves consistent alcoholic and specialty beverages for the members on the golf course.
Prepares garnishes, stocks and maintains liquor, beer and wine products
Ensures all members and guests receive the highest level of service.
Complete a daily inventory log.
Is responsible for cash handling and the accuracy of receipts at day’s end.
Complete the day end close out report through the point of sales.
Is responsible for the cleanliness of the beverage cart at days’ end.
Follows and implements the management directives, programs, and policies.
Incorporates safe work practices and safe food handling standards.
