About The Position

Mystic Creek Golf Club in El Dorado, Arkansas, is hiring a part-time, seasonal Beverage Cart Attendant. The position lasts six months or less and involves serving guests throughout the golf course in a fast-paced hospitality environment. The attendant drives and stocks the beverage cart, processes sales, follows applicable beverage-service laws, and helps provide friendly, professional customer service. Experience is preferred but not required. Troon is a global club management company specializing in golf, hospitality, and residential communities. Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Be at least 21 years old to serve alcohol, as required by state age rules.
Have or be able to acquire an alcohol serving permit (MAST).
Regular and reliable attendance.
Math or cash-handling skills.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience; experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Maintain a professional appearance.
Drive the beverage cart to different areas of the golf course to serve guests.
Maintain supplies and stock beverage carts to par levels each day they are used.
Consistently follow all laws applicable to beverage operations.
Operate the iPad point-of-sale system and process credit card charges according to procedure.
Learn regular guests’ names and personally recognize them.
Monitor the guest experience and take appropriate action to help ensure good customer service.
Close out money and reports at the end of the shift.
Perform assigned cleanup and closing duties.
Communicate effectively with peers, management, and front- and back-of-house employees.
Greet customers in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
Perform other duties assigned by a supervisor or manager.
