About The Position

The Beverage Cart Attendant will be responsible for serving food and/or beverage on the Francis I'i Brown golf courses. This role involves taking and delivering food and beverage orders, accurately recording and receiving payments, and ensuring service excellence through attentive and heartfelt service. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with people and possess a genuine spirit for servicing guests in a warm and helpful manner that exceeds their expectations.

Requirements

Must be of minimum 18 years of age.
Superior professional appearance and manner, good character to work in a fast-paced team.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs.
Ability to obtain relevant state and local government certifications, such as food handlers certificate or alcohol training certifications, as applicable to the position.
Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
Must be able to obtain a TB Clearance.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
One year experience in the foodservice/hospitality industry as a Bartender preferred.
Good knowledge of spirits, beer, and wine and experience at a luxury hospitality property preferred.

Responsibilities

Serving food and/or beverage on the golf courses.
Taking and delivering all food and beverages orders.
Ensuring the accurate recording and receipt of all chits.
Building relationships with guests.
Ensuring service excellence through attentive, heartfelt service.
Maintaining complete knowledge of and strictly abiding by state liquor regulations, particularly those prohibiting service to minors, intoxicated persons, and drunk driving.
Understanding and anticipating guests’ needs, responding promptly, and acknowledging all guests.
Maintaining positive guest relations at all times.
Handling guest complaints following procedures and ensuring guest satisfaction.
