About The Position

The Highlands is seeking friendly, energetic, and service-driven individuals to join our team as Beverage Cart and Tee Attendants. In this role, you will provide food and beverage service directly to golfers on the course, helping create a memorable and enjoyable guest experience. This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with flexible scheduling, along with the chance to enjoy the unique perks of working at a premier resort destination.

ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain)

Responsibilities

Stock beverage carts and tee stations to established par levels daily
Maintain accurate inventory of all concession items
Record and reconcile all items sold, discarded, or remaining
Safely operate and maneuver beverage carts in accordance with resort procedures
Use point-of-sale (POS) systems to process transactions
Handle cash, credit cards, and room charges accurately and responsibly
Maintain strict accountability of personal cash bank
Take and deliver guest orders in a professional and friendly manner
Promote and upsell food and beverage offerings
Verify valid identification for all alcohol purchases
Keep carts clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout shifts
Address guest comments or concerns and escalate when appropriate
Clean and store all equipment properly at the end of each shift
Support team operations and complete additional duties as assigned by management
