About The Position

Dolly Parton's Stampede Dinner Attraction is looking for energetic, friendly folks who love fast-paced fun and making guests smile while serving their legendary four-course feast. They offer full-time, part-time, or seasonal work and provide on-the-job training, so no experience is necessary.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to obtain a valid Tennessee ABC permit.
• High school diploma/GED preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Team players with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a lively, fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist arena servers with setup for dinner service.
• Communicate between the kitchen and arena teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Deliver food and beverages with speed, accuracy, and Southern hospitality.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Ensure food equipment is working properly and maintaining safe temperatures.
• Assist guests with food allergy questions and ensure safe serving practices.
• Clean tables and sections after the show.
• Remove dishes and transport items back to the kitchen.
• Cross-train in serving duties.
