About The Position

Dolly Parton's Stampede Dinner Attraction is looking for energetic, friendly folks who love fast-paced fun and making guests smile while serving their legendary four-course feast. They offer full-time, part-time, or seasonal work and provide on-the-job training. The role involves assisting arena servers with setup, communicating between the kitchen and arena teams, delivering food and beverages with speed, accuracy, and Southern hospitality, ensuring food safety and sanitation procedures are followed, checking food equipment, assisting guests with food allergy questions, cleaning tables and sections, and removing dishes. Beverage Attendants may also cross-train in serving duties.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to obtain a valid Tennessee ABC permit.
Team players with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a lively, fast-moving environment.
Continuous walking, including stairs.
Frequent bending, twisting, balancing, and lifting.
Carrying trays of food, beverages, and dishes.
Pushing and pulling racks throughout the shift.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma/GED preferred, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Assist arena servers with setup.
Communicate between the kitchen and arena teams.
Deliver food and beverages with speed, accuracy, and Southern hospitality.
Ensure food safety and sanitation procedures are followed.
Check that food equipment is working properly and maintaining safe temperatures.
Assist guests with food allergy questions and ensure safe serving practices.
Help clean tables and sections after the show.
Remove dishes and transport items back to the kitchen area.
Cross-train in serving duties.
