Beverage Activation Specialist
About The Position
Trulieve is a rapidly growing company in the cannabis industry, dedicated to providing patients with trusted relief through carefully cultivated products. Our hand-grown plants are processed naturally to minimize unwanted chemicals and pests. We offer products designed to alleviate a range of symptoms, including seizures, muscle spasms, pain, nausea, and appetite loss, associated with serious medical conditions. Our trained staff collaborates with physicians to ensure patients receive compassionate care and the correct dosage. This specific role, the Beverage Activation Specialist, is a field-based position supporting Trulieve's expanding beverage business. The focus is on in-market execution, including beverage sampling, merchandising, shelf stocking, and event participation. The specialist will work alongside Sales Activators to achieve sales objectives and enhance brand visibility. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy fieldwork, event engagement, and bringing brands to life at the retail level.
Requirements
- Field marketing, brand ambassador, retail, or merchandising experience preferred
- Beverage, cannabis, or CPG experience is a plus, but not required
- Comfortable and competent working independently in the field
- Reliable, organized, and professional in retail environments
- Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to Travel as needed to support business and team goals.
- Regular evenings and weekends are expected (event-heavy role)
Responsibilities
- Execute beverage samplings at off-premise retail locations
- Support merchandising and shelf stocking to improve visibility and availability
- Execute beverage sampling and brand activations at events, festivals, and promotional activations
- Set up and break down sampling displays and POS materials
- Engage consumers and represent the brand in a professional, approachable way
- Complete post-event recaps and feedback
- Travel regularly within your assigned region to support field needs
