St. Francis Hospice (SFH) is growing, and we need a Part Time Bereavement Coordinator to join our team. SFH is a well-established, mission-driven healthcare organization dedicated to providing exceptional hospice and palliative care services throughout our community.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling or related field.
Responsibilities
- Implementing, managing, supervising and coordinating the full range of comprehensive grief support services to families and caregivers of hospice patients.
- Providing support via telephone, mail, and in person through individual grief support, memorial services, grief workshops, family assessment and conference.
- Providing therapeutic counseling to family members.
