About The Position

Integrated Labor Solutions (ILS) is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Benefits Support Representative to join our team in San Diego, CA. As a Benefits Support Representative, you will play a vital role in assisting our customers with enrollment processes, resolving plan or provider issues, and serving as an advocate to address their concerns. This entry-level position is based in an Omni-channel contact center and provides ample training opportunities for professional growth and career advancement. Requirements

• High School Degree or equivalent
• Must pass background and reference checks
• Must be able to come into the office
• Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds
• Type at least 40 words per minute
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Active listening
• Clear verbal and written communication
• Flexible communication styles
• Know how to efficiently navigate customer calls
• Attention to detail
• Time management
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails
• Assist customers regarding benefits claim issues and plan changes
• Process enrollment changes and payments
• Upselling and cross-selling
• Distribute benefits enrollment materials and determines eligibility
• Collect and report on customer feedback
• Basic data entry
• Perform other duties as needed
