Requirements
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable internet connection
- Windows-based laptop or desktop computer with webcam
- Must be physically located within the United States
- Eligible to obtain a Life Insurance License (licensing support provided)

- Customer service or client-facing experience is helpful but not required
- Individuals open to coaching, mentorship, and continuous development

Responsibilities
- Connect with individuals who have requested information about benefit programs
- Assess each client’s needs and provide personalized guidance
- Explain life and supplemental benefit options clearly and professionally
- Support clients through the enrollment process from start to finish
- Maintain accurate digital records and ensure compliance standards
- Provide ongoing client support including policy reviews and updates
- Assist clients with beneficiary changes and general service requests
- Build long-term relationships through consistent follow-up and communication
- Participate in training sessions, mentorship programs, and team collaboration
