Requirements

  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Reliable internet connection
  • Windows-based laptop or desktop computer with webcam
  • Must be physically located within the United States
  • Eligible to obtain a Life Insurance License (licensing support provided)

Responsibilities

  • Connect with individuals who have requested information about benefit programs
  • Assess each client’s needs and provide personalized guidance
  • Explain life and supplemental benefit options clearly and professionally
  • Support clients through the enrollment process from start to finish
  • Maintain accurate digital records and ensure compliance standards
  • Provide ongoing client support including policy reviews and updates
  • Assist clients with beneficiary changes and general service requests
  • Build long-term relationships through consistent follow-up and communication
  • Participate in training sessions, mentorship programs, and team collaboration
