About The Position

AO Globe Life is seeking veterans, prior service members, and military spouses for a fully remote opportunity to guide individuals and families through important financial protection decisions. All consultations are with individuals who have requested information, eliminating the need for cold outreach. This role allows you to leverage your discipline, leadership, and commitment to service in a meaningful civilian career.

Requirements

Authorized to work in the United States
Reliable internet connection
Windows-based laptop or desktop computer with webcam
Must be physically located within the United States
Eligible to obtain a Life & Health Insurance License (licensing support provided)

Responsibilities

Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with individuals and families
Understand each client’s needs and provide clear, personalized guidance
Explain available life and supplemental benefit options in a professional manner
Guide clients through enrollment and provide ongoing support
Maintain accurate records using digital tools and CRM systems
Participate in weekly training, mentorship, and leadership development sessions
Build long-term relationships through consistent service and follow-through
