They build relationships with their clients through superior customer service and deep benefits knowledge. As the experts, our coordinators are benefit problem-solvers, giving clients the comfort of knowing they have chosen the right benefits for their employees. If you’re a people person and an expert multi-tasker with strong communication skills, this might be the position for you! Our Benefit Specialists are responsible for building a relationship with our clients and helping them with their benefits questions.

Requirements

• Employee benefits experience with comprehensive benefit plans.
• A knack for customer service.
• Two to four years of experience.
• A high level of problem-solving skills and commitment to quality and client satisfaction.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients regarding benefits-related matters.
• Provide expert advice, guidance, and recommendations on benefit plan options, compliance, and cost-effective solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to facilitate smooth and successful open enrollment processes.
• Assist in developing communication materials and conducting educational sessions for employees.
• Stay updated on federal, state, and local laws governing employee benefits.
• Ensure compliance with regulations such as ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, and other relevant statutes.
• Researching and resolving enrollment and billing discrepancies for your clients.
