The Benefits Specialist position will provide employee benefit support and assist with various projects within the Human Resources Department. This position will work with the Employee Benefits Administrator in the administration of employee benefit programs such as Health & Dental Insurance, Vision, Disability Insurance, Life Insurance, and other plans. Other duties include but are not limited to helping with Worker's Comp, assisting employees with leave paperwork, answering phones, and greeting customers.
