About The Position

This Position Is Responsible For Ensuring Groups, Benefits & Eligibility Information Is Loaded To Applicable Systems In A Timely And Accurate Manner, And For Ensuring That Group/Member Information Is Available By Contract Effective Date In Order To Support Claim And Customer Service Processes Drafting Account-Specific Documents For New And Renewing Major And/Or National Accounts Using The Masters As A Base.

Requirements

Bachelor degree and 2 years of Dental/Medical/Life or Disability experience OR 6 years of Dental/Medical/Life or Disability experience.
Business systems experience.
Knowledge at an application level with various DN corporate systems applications (Genelco, CaseTrack, Salesforce, DocGen/P&C, etc.)
Knowledge of Healthcare/Dental/Life or Disability insurance terminology.
Knowledge of HCSC, Dearborn Group, business processes and customers.
Organizational and Analytical skills.
Experience with business requirements development for new systems and process, and changes to existing systems and processes.
Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
Experience meeting deadlines.
Experience working independently and in a team setting with the planning, design and execution of assigned projects.
Detail oriented, self-motivated, efficient and flexible.
PC proficient in Microsoft Access, Excel, and other Office 365 products.
