Additional information about the company can be found online at www.bwpipelines.com. We are currently looking for a Benefits Specialist in Owensboro, KY. The individual in this position will have the responsibility for internal customer support through the Boardwalk Benefits Service Center. This person will be responsible for coordinating and providing internal customer support for employee benefit programs for active, retired, and disabled employees. Benefit programs include medical, dental, life, short and long term disability, cancer, vision, FSA, and COBRA. Internal customer support involves acting as a liaison between employees and benefit providers to resolve benefit related problems and ensure effective utilization of the plans. Will also develop, implement, and follow administrative procedures to monitor and reduce costs, improve delivery of programs, and ensure compliance.
