Scope: The US Benefits Specialist is responsible for assisting with the administration of all benefits and retirement programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term disability, leave of absence, flexible spending accounts, health savings account, voluntary employee benefits and 401(k) plan. Ensuring plans are administered in accordance with federal and state regulations and plan provisions are followed.
