Proskauer Rose LLP is seeking a detail-oriented and service driven Benefits Specialist to support the administration of the Firm’s U.S. benefits and well-being programs. This role plays a key part in delivering a smooth, and efficient employee experience through accurate processing, responsive support, and effective coordination with internal stakeholders and external vendors. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, a foundational understanding of benefits administration and well-being plans, and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to supporting both employees and program operations.
