Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Willing to learn and receptive to coaching
- Comfortable using basic technology, including video meetings, email, and online forms
- Able to obtain the required state or provincial insurance license with training and guidance provided
- Legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada
Nice To Haves
- Previous sales, customer service, leadership, or client-facing experience is helpful, but not required
Responsibilities
- Connect with individuals and families through scheduled virtual appointments.
- Explain available benefit options clearly and professionally.
- Answer questions and help clients make informed decisions.
- Assist with digital applications and required documentation.
- Maintain accurate records and provide follow-up support.
- Build strong, professional relationships with clients.
- Participate in ongoing training and team development.
