About The Position
As an Insurance Representative, you'll work directly with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments, helping them understand available benefits and select coverage that best fits their needs. You'll build lasting client relationships while delivering exceptional customer service in a fully remote environment.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must be physically located within the United States
- Ability to obtain any required state insurance licensing (guidance provided)
- Computer or laptop
- Reliable high-speed internet connection

Responsibilities
- Meet with clients through Zoom and phone consultations
- Present personalized insurance and benefit solutions based on each client's needs
- Explain policy features, coverage options, and available benefits
- Guide clients through applications and enrollment
- Assist with policy reviews, beneficiary updates, and ongoing service requests
- Build long-term relationships through outstanding customer service
- Respond promptly to client questions and concerns
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up communication
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Participate in ongoing virtual training and mentorship
- Strengthen communication, leadership, and client service skills
- Collaborate with a supportive remote team
