About The Position
This opportunity offers the flexibility to work from home, performance-based income potential, and ongoing mentorship to help you grow professionally in a supportive remote environment. The role involves connecting with prospective clients to understand their insurance and financial protection needs, explaining the features and benefits of life insurance products, providing customized guidance, coordinating appointments, preparing and presenting insurance quotes, and building long-term client relationships. This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong relationship-building and customer service abilities
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
- Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
- Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
- Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
- Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

- Present insurance quotes while clearly explaining coverage options, terms, and policy details.
