About The Position

AO | Globe Life is expanding its virtual team and seeking motivated, dependable, and people-focused professionals to join us as a Remote Benefits Representative. This position combines customer service, client relationship management, benefits education, and consultative insurance sales in a fully remote environment. You will work directly with individuals and families through virtual appointments, helping them understand available benefits, answering questions, assisting with enrollment, and providing continued client service. Comprehensive training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided. This is a commission-based independent contractor opportunity with opportunities for renewal and residual income, as well as leadership and management career paths.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age
Be physically located within the United States
Be legally authorized to work in the United States
Have access to a reliable computer or laptop
Maintain reliable high-speed internet
Have webcam and microphone capability
Maintain a quiet, professional home workspace
Be comfortable using Zoom and web-based technology
Be comfortable communicating with clients by phone and video
Be willing to complete required training
Be willing and able to obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License

Responsibilities

Meet with prospective and existing clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments
Connect with individuals and families interested in learning about available benefits
Listen carefully to client questions, needs, and financial protection priorities
Provide friendly, professional, and personalized customer service
Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options
Build relationships through consistent communication and follow-up
Assist existing clients with applicable policy reviews and updates
Help with beneficiary-related service requests
Provide continued support after enrollment
Maintain accurate digital client records and documentation
Manage appointments and follow-up activities
Deliver a positive client experience from beginning to end
Conduct virtual benefit consultations
Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options
Help clients understand coverage features and available choices
Identify solutions based on individual and family needs
Answer questions clearly without unnecessary industry jargon
Recommend appropriate benefit solutions
Assist eligible clients through applications and enrollment
Complete required documentation accurately
Provide ongoing service after coverage is established
